A money box — a first lesson about money
When a child gets their own money box, it's more than just a toy. It's a first lesson about money — that money is saved, that there's a savings goal, that reward comes after time. What wood we use
For money boxes we use solid beech and beech plywood 5-10 mm. Surface sanded and finished with oil or wax; colourful children's money boxes are painted with water-based paints without chemicals. Coin slot is standard size, the opening for removing money is on the bottom with a stopper or screwed base.
Personalisation — a money box as a gift
