Fairy-tale figurines — a piece of childhood in wood
Fairy tales are an integral part of Czech childhood. Wooden figurines inspired by fairy-tale characters bring a piece of this tradition home — as a toy, decoration for a child's room, a collector's item. Something a child loves that gradually becomes a family heirloom.
Our range includes figurines inspired by various fairy-tale worlds: classic children's fairy-tale characters (small heroes from folk tales), fairy-tale animals (bear, fox, wolf, hare), characters from Czech illustration tradition. Some figurines are inspired by specific fairy tales, others are generic fairy-tale characters.
What wood we use
For figurines we use beech plywood 4-6 mm with laser cutting (simple flat figurines) and solid beech or linden wood (volumetric lathe-turned or carved figurines). Surface sanded and painted with water-based paints without chemicals — safe for children's touch and play.
Toy, decoration, collector's item
Figurines have several uses: as a toy (for children from 3 — safe, light), as a child's room decoration (on a shelf, over the bed), as a collector's item (a complete collection as a gift for fairy-tale fans). Also a christening, birthday, Christmas gift.
