Serving that turns a barbecue into a party

Grilled meats can be served on a regular porcelain plate — functional, but bland. Served on a large wooden platter with small details around (fresh herbs, sauces in bowls, roasted potatoes) it becomes a visual experience worthy of a restaurant. That's the difference between "let's have a barbecue" and "let's have a garden party".

In our offer, you will find bowls and platters in various sizes: large serving platters (40-60 cm, for meat, antipasti), medium platters (25-35 cm, for cheese, desserts), salad bowls (diam. 25-35 cm), smaller bowls for sauces (diam. 10-15 cm), complete serving sets (1 platter + 4-6 bowls).

What wood are they made from?

For barbecue bowls and platters, we use solid beech (classic dense wood) or solid olive wood (premium — beautiful structure, antibacterial properties). The surface is sanded and finished with food-grade oil. Suitable for serving both moist and dry dishes (salads, sauces, cheeses, fruits).

For different types of garden events

Bowls and platters are suitable for standard grilling (1 large platter + 2-3 bowls), larger garden parties (2-3 platters + 6-8 bowls), antipasti evenings (1-2 long platters with prosciutto, cheeses, olives). We personalize – we engrave the family name or motif on the back of large platters.
